Harriett Baldwin turned into a 'dragon' this week for a class of budding inventors. Children from Wyche Primary School pitched their creations in an adventurous Dragons' Den style competition. The MP joined the judging team assessing ideas aimed at helping disabled people. The class has been working on the project for nine weeks and the event was inspired by a class trip to a carol concert run by Mencap. Harriett commented: "All the Year 6 children had invented excellent products to help the disabled. It was hard to decide a winner as all the pitches were wonderful. "This event is a great example of excellent and worthwhile teaching and the results proved that the pupils found it fun too. "Malvern has a great track record for invention and it is clear that the next generation of inventors is just as impressive."
